What it is

PointCentral is an enterprise-level smart property management platform designed to centralize and automate smart index technology at scale. It enables property owners and operators to seamlessly manage thousands of properties and connected devices from a single, intuitive interface. By unifying control of smart property systems, PointCentral helps teams increase operational efficiency, enhance resident experiences, and boost overall property value.


The Challenge

PointCentral’s website needed a more elegant, enterprise-level look while making it easier for users to understand which product category they were navigating. The challenge was to create a cohesive experience across all pages while clearly differentiating audiences and solutions.

I addressed this by introducing a color-driven hierarchy based on PointCentral’s brand system. Each category was assigned a distinct palette, such as urban blue for multifamily, skyline blue for all audiences, and coastal blue for short-term rentals, helping users instantly recognize where they landed. Level 1 pages share a unified layout, while deeper pages use more defined color cues to reinforce navigation and structure.

Working closely with the VP, Angel, and the team, we aligned on a refreshed vision that elevated the brand and delivered a more intuitive, consistent experience across marketing, login, and hardware pages.
