I was thrilled to work on an exciting UI/UX project, which also happened to be my first freelance gig. I had the opportunity to assist a friend in enhancing the look and feel of their platform, making it more functional and user-friendly.

Creative Cloud, Figma, and Bubble io.
During my time at CCP, I got to design numerous websites for doctors—a fantastic opportunity. It all started with careful wireframing and mockups to lay a strong groundwork for the final product. As I moved into the development phase, I utilized my skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to breathe life into the designs. I made sure to optimize the layout using the robust Bootstrap grid system.
Introduction:
As a UX/UI designer, I was approached by a logistics company to create a solution for their truckers to track their load location for faster response times when delivering goods across different states. The challenge was to design an intuitive and user-friendly platform that would allow truckers to track their load location in real-time, while also providing an easy-to-use interface for logistics managers to monitor and manage the load shipments.
Design:
Based on my research and analysis, I developed a user-centric design approach to create a platform that would meet the needs of both shippers and carriers.
I designed a separate interface that allowed them to know which platform is the shipper and carrier. The logistics shipper provided an overview of all active shipments and this uses a dark blue, with detailed information about each load shipment, including pickup and delivery locations, estimated delivery times, and real-time tracking updates. While yellow means the carrier version where they will see a different point of view on the interface.
Implementation:
To bring the design to life, I used industry-standard tools such as Sketch and Figma to create wireframes and prototypes. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure that the design was implemented accurately and effectively. Through rigorous testing and iterations, we fine-tuned the design to ensure that it was optimized for usability and user satisfaction.
Outcome:
The result of the UX/UI design project was a user-friendly and intuitive platform that allowed truckers to track their load location in real-time, and logistics managers to monitor and manage load shipments more efficiently. The new platform resulted in faster response times and improved efficiency for the logistics company, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and profitability.
